It has been a very busy first day at Doumen. The teachers had many activities and heard enough English to probably put them in overload but that is intentional. In this picture, the teachers are attempting to rank statements about the top 10 qualities of great teachers. The rest of the teachers did this in groups facilitated by our Trainers and Nesters.
