I arrived a few days ahead of the team for some meetings and to visit friends in Hong Kong and Macau. This evening, I had dinner in the Temple Street Night Market. I'm listening to the ladies at the outdoor restaurant calling out to tell prospective patrons how good the food is. I chose rice with green pepper with beef. Unfortunately, that meant passing up other interesting menu options.
